Grassroots Power Skating

This program is designed to refine and enhance hockey skating with our resident Kraken coaches. It will continue to add to the skills players were working on when they graduated Learn to Skate. We believe that skating is the most important fundamental skill to play this game. This program will focus on enhancing a player’s ability to control their edges, work on balance, and increase stride efficiency to succeed in game-like scenarios with and without the puck.
