Kraken Powerskating
This program is designed to refine and enhance hockey skating with our resident Kraken coaches. We believe that skating is the most important fundamental skill to compete at a high level. This series will focus on enhancing a player’s ability to control their edges, work on balance, and increase stride efficiency to succeed in game-like scenarios with and without the puck. There will be a coach and parent zoom meeting throughout this program to discuss expectations and progress.

Kraken Dryland
Off-season and in-season hockey training should look different. In season, dryland training should shift to focusing on maintaining a strength and fitness.
In the off season, dryland training focuses on building a foundation for game season by preparing your body, skills, improving core strength/stability, balance, and speed.
Now is the time to challenge yourself with more difficult workouts, building a level of fitness that hits its peak when it’s time to drop the puck again.
